The house is on 507 Taylor St. Furnished rooms for graduates of Lehigh University. Very close to campus, 1 min walk to RBC, 3 mins to C-Town, and 3 mins to FM library. There are total 4 bedrooms in the house, 2 full bath, washer and dryer in the basement. All current tenants are Lehigh grad. The room on 3rd floor is available from August 2015 for one year lease. Monthly rent is $390 per plus utility.
