I am not sure about who good Rutger is, but I believe that your other offers are better, especially Washington Univ. at St. Louis....

I just got their email, saying they are interested in my application. Some paper works is missing, and I should resubmit. I will tell them I have already accepted the offer from another shool. Thanks!
