请教：OG 67和OG 171中in order that的比较问题

TigerMM总结地很好啊。但是有一点我有点儿不同意，关于in order that后必须用情态动词的问题。OG171中E，og说要in order that he might/may marry。

我查了一下薄冰语法，情态动词有might, may, must, ought to, could, would, had to, was(were) to. 注意这里，would也是情态动词。所以不能说in order that 后必须用情态动词，只能说in order that 后要用might/may, 而非would。
