E：里面的enormous刚好可以对应第二段第一句话Corporate response appears to have been substantial.中的substantial。再加上作者在接下来的文章陈述潜在的危机，比较像是有态度。

Pls pay attention to the question :The author would most likely agree with which of the following statements about corporate response to working with minority subcontractors?

C restates the passage so it is what the author would most likely agree with. I don't know why you mention author's attitude. Such kind of question is no relation with author's attitude.

E：里面的enormous刚好可以对应第二段第一句话Corporate response appears to have been substantial.中的substantial。再加上作者在接下来的文章陈述潜在的危机，比较像是有态度。
Actually E contradicts the passage:  First, minority firms risk expanding too fast and overextending themselves financially,
(E) The enormous corporate response has all but eliminated the dangers of over-expansion that used to plague small minority-owned businesses.
All but means almost, totally.
