promised level of service. 这句话就是定位点。clients 只是怀疑公司完成服务的质量，正如D中所说的，clients wonder how often the architect’s buildings fail to please clients.(是否公司经常不能满足客户的要求）。而B中说 clients suspect that the lawyer needs to find new clients quickly to increase the firm’s income.没有说到服务质量问题，希望有更多客户来提高公司收入的公司也可能其服务质量也很好呀。。。关键是定位！

按照OG的解释，B是对begging for business进行举例，所以错。

的难点是定位，耗时的也是定位....

这道题我也先开始也做错了，后来才幡然醒悟，一定要注意题干， 题干定位的是第二句，而不是其他句， B 说的是lines 18-19 of passage: guarantees may suggest that a firm is“begging for business.”不是第二句的意思，所以不选，再看C选项(C) A business consultant’s unconditional guarantee of satisfaction is undermined when the
consultant fails to provide all of the services that are promised.这个说的是如果service没有达到承诺的，这已经说明a guaranteed service 不令人满意，而原文第二句说的是对公司的a guaranteed service还抱有怀疑，这也是OG的解释中Similarly, in C, a guaranteed service has actually been judged unsatisfactory.因此也不能体现第二句的内容，还是要多看OG 啊
