congratulation! I have also been admitted to UW, got the news yeasterday. I am an immigration too, in Montreal.
From my point of view, the rate of graduates employed is much more important than tuition. UW is going up now. In 2005 Usnews, it is at No. 18. Amazing! And its rate of graduated emplyed is very high--65.6% at graduation, and 95.7% 3 monthes after.(2003) While UBC, even in Canada, it is not a top b-school.
One of my friend has been in US for more than 10 years, he is in portland. While I am annoied by UNC's waiting list and try to get off, he even told me just choose UW.
