UNC, Emory, Georgetown. Which to go?

As my working exp. is marketing / sales in automotive industry and I do not have finance background at all, I am wondering whether I can transfer to that field, especially I am an older student. 想問一下你週遭有中國人由非 finance 轉到 finance的成功例子 嗎?

Why should you switch to finance? You are so experienced in marketing. Just practise your Enlish, practise the interviews, you still have chance to get a marketing job in the US.

As far as the information I gathered now, even I am a experienced marketing guy, it's still very very hard to find a marketing job in US, except for marketing research and product management, which are not the fileds I am interested in. That's why I'm leaning to finance or mc.

As I mentioned, corporate finance job is easy to get if you have related backround. If you want to switch to finance, it will be hard, because you cannot get an interview opportunity if your resume tells nothing about finance and accounting.

Anyway, it's still too early to worry about that. Just take your offer, get your visa and enjoy your MBA life.

UNC不太清楚，Georgetown 和emory我帮你问了问老美，他们说emory位于亚特兰大，是美国的经济发达的城市之一，相比起作为政治中心的DC的话，亚特兰大找工作的机会会多一些。这是我所知道的，希望对你有所帮助。
