我以前的TOEFL报告好象被ETS弄丢了。没办法得重新寄。

今天打电话要求送分却发现时间不对，想问：1 没有送分成功但电话接通了是否也要出USD12的电话费？ 2 电话费实在座机话单里出还是由信用卡帐户里出？

Use credit card.
1. if you send it by touch tone telephone, there's a 12 dollars service fee. plus 15 dollars to each additional school. so if you send it to two schools, it's 12+15x2=42
3. if you send it by fax, there's no service fee. so if you send the report to two schools, it's just 15x2=30
