该论证中显然涉及到了一个方案，而且该方案没有被评估过（论证中最后一句话是方案的内容介绍），所以我们由此可知，本题肯定是方案推理。

目标：“为了吸引长期存款”

方案：“设置一个每年存1000美元的特殊账户。”

我觉得两道题都差不多的内容，为什么一个就被判定为方案被论证过、一个被判定为未被论证过呢？

我也很困惑，想不通71题怎么叫方案呗论证过了，也可以说那些是方案的解释啊

我又看了一下，我觉得第一个题目有can,是不是表明论证过，而第二个是allow sb to save money,就是只提出了方案而没有论证啊？

CR笔记里这种矛盾还有呢，比如第一部分的106和第二部分的125，被判成不同推理模式。楼主可以去看看哈。依个人这几天的研究觉得helr的方法有让人误入歧途的嫌疑。没必要太分清各种推理模式个人觉得，因为做下来我分错的题都能作对
