答案是A，我选的是E。我感觉A的选择太想象太天马行空。解释说因为就业率不佳，所以毕业生宁愿呆在学校，与学校的教育项目效果没有关联。但我感觉就业率不单单只针对高中毕业生，还有大学毕业生，硕士毕业生。高中毕业生的就业情况是相对其余几个文凭毕业生好还是相对坏，具体情况题目也没有交代。感觉A选项太模糊。同时敢问E为何不对？我的想法是E说这个教育项目只在部分情况相对不佳的学校展开，所以对于题中说这项目对整个高中毕业生圈产生效果也同样能起到削弱啊。

我来谈谈我的浅见
我觉得E是strengthen 而不是 weaken
你想想呀 dropout的rate 去年是下降了的 e很好的支持了这一点：因为在过往dropout很高的学校引入了antodropout的program，提高学生的Morale，让学生有信心完成high school。
因为argument的conclusion是因为“antidropout”的原因使学生留在学校
A给出了另外一个原因：是因为去年失业率高，学生就算早毕业也找不到工作（和stimulus中“often drop out before graduating and go to work”相反，因为没有work可以做)所以他们选择留在学校而不是dropout
A weaken了argument因为它给出了另一个原因

可能是我的结论和原因逻辑链的问题。我说说我当时怎么想的：
原因：
因为反辍学项目发挥了功效。
结论：
去年的辍学率大大下降了。
我选E是因为从原因上进行否定，从而削弱结论。“因为这个项目只在部分学校展开，所以只影响了部分。而辍学率是总体大大下降，所以原因上反辍学项目只能占到功效的一部分，不足以支撑这个结论。”
可能我做逻辑题的方式有问题，我感觉weaken和strengthen是我错比较多的一项。
