看了半天才搞明白这道题

题目的关键是对 threshold of economic iability 的定义，括号中意思是说要想太阳能电厂比油电厂效益高，每桶油的价格必须达到一个值，这也是为什么 threshold of economic liability用$35表示的原因，应该是指每桶油35块

举例说，太阳能电厂发100度电需要35块，油电厂发100度电需要一桶油，要想太阳能电厂效率高，每桶油价格就不能低于35块。这就是threshold，娘的，好晕呀

现在题目说太阳能电厂效率提高了，35块可以发120度电了，但是要想比油电厂效率高，每桶油还得35块，为什么？

油电厂说我效率也提高了，我现在一桶油可以发120度电了，靠，同样发120度电，你太阳能电厂凭什么比我效率高？所以太阳能电厂无赖了，妈的我要比你效率高，你每桶油就是不能低于35，这就是他娘的我的threshold

所以答案 C 出来了，我也晕死了
