读PhD的孩子们伤不起啊！！！伤不起！！！

  现在开课第四周  三学期制 第一学期3个月4门课 已经要疯了。。。 一周五六篇paper要看就好了 555 每周都得10+需要认真看的

我觉得那些说考试拿个B就行的 不知道你们同学是啥情况  我现在感觉就是：同专业同学（外国人）都超级努力积极各种 个个都是奔着A甚至A+去的 这种时候 还能拿B么。。。。。。。。

I am just curious about what you mentioned. Are you at a business school in the US for a PhD? As far as I know, at many schools here over the summer season, students engage in first- or second-year research projects or other kinds of work, and new admits may be required to make remedial preparation. But I have not heard of a school where students attend a summer session of classes. Thus, I guess you may be talking about a European school.

Sorry I do not quite understand what is said here, as my Chinese is not that good or as I lack the necessary contextual knowledge. I think you are feeling strongly about something or, rather, making a point although you are doing so in a jocular way Are you saying that one enters a particular profession often not out of interests but out of necessity?

Well, partly.

What I was trying to say is I personally think the negative side of PhD has been amplified. I agree to an opinion that is every coin has two sides. Even those people feel that PhD is very painful, I don't think they could be happier if some of them had chosen not to pursue. There are people love their jobs but I don't think the portion is large enough.

So, I think keep on going will be a better choice unless the job feels really like suiciding.

如果不怕麻烦滴话，看我发帖纪录就知道，我的真相是搓搓的新加坡滴商学院。。。新PHD 没啥基础 好久没碰英语 所以才开始着实有点吃力拙计啊 而且我读的这个确实和北美不太一样 它是集中在一年把十门课干掉的暴力突破法
    记得以前有人发水帖吐槽为啥在一个二流商学院还如此苦逼balabala  我现在感同身受。。

不过 这些dark days终究会过去的 嘿嘿

你要求太高啦，还是很多老外同学整天relax的，别光盯着那两个最用功的呀。

SMO的几个都好用功啊。。。几乎个个都比我用功 我都囧了  SMO外的 就不关我滴事啦
