这两句是什么关系呢？平行? 递进？是不是都属于explanation about finding啊？？我真的是栽进去了·

这篇文章先告诉我们一个考古发现：The breakagefrequencies in the extinct species were strikinglyhigher than those in the present-day species  说灭绝了的动物的牙齿骨折的概率比现代动物要高    底下一段便要对这个现象进行解释。。。巴拉巴拉说了一大堆bias的问题就是为了就是为了说明要排除这样那样的偏差。。（啰里八嗦的就是为了表现他的严谨性）接着说排除了以上这些，那最合理的解释就是行为上的差异了。。。破折号后面对这个差异进行了解释。。最后一句话如果要说跟前面一句什么关系的话应该说是递进吧，也可以理解为一种补充。。考古发现-->more thorough consumption of carcasses-->prey availability was low
