[求助]PP模考里碰到的两道数学，怎么也想不明白

1.If X is a positive number less than 10, is Z greater than the average(arithmetic mean)of X and 10?

(1)On the number line,Z is closer to 10 than it is to X

(2)Z=5X

答案是A，可是我觉得不可能啊，Z可以再10和X的中点的左边和右边，所以应该是不能单独判断的吧。

 

2.Before being simplified, the instructions for computing income tax in Country R were to add 2 percent of one's annual income to the average (arithmetic mean) of 100 units of Country R's currency and 1 percent of one's annual income.  Which of the following represents the simplified formula for computing the income tax, in Country R's currency, for a person in that country whose annual income is I ?

 

(A)  50+I/200

(B)  50+3I/100

(C)  50+I/40

(D)  100+I/50

(E)  100+3I/100

 

这题我是完全不理解题目意思,惭愧啊,希望好心人帮忙解释一下吧,谢谢!

啊，我知道了，晕，忘记用语法的比较结构分析一下了。。害得我想了一个小时。。

我数学做错的最大原因就是理解题目有问题，每次总有看不懂的题，好苦恼啊

第二题，意思是说化简个人所得税的式子之前，个人所得税的计算方法是，一个人的年收入的2%加上（这个国家的100块钱和这个人年收入的1% 的平均数）即

2%I+（100+1%I)/2=50+I/40
