我记得这道题目的争论还挺大的,最后好象说选C是由于C说骨折拍片因为去了许多 不同的 医院,所以浪费了钱...

但是我今天再看这个题觉得可以这么想:

When a number of follow-up x-rays were reviewed 是 waste of money 推断成立的前提,

C.X-rays of patients of many different orthopedists working in several
     hospitals were reviewed=When a number of follow-up x-rays were reviewed

相当于承认了推论前提存在,使得推论成立的可能性增强,因此加强

当然这是我个人看法

找到的D选项应该是正解->x-ray 后才有 healing

正确答案好像是谈样本的充分性。
