How to recover test status in GMATPrep

I just took the test but accidentally closed gmat prep, now I can't figure out how to see the questions I missed..    Is there a way to recover the result of a test?

yaoyao, please open the software again as you did at the first time, then choose the test you took. It will ask you whether you want to resume the previous one or not.  choose "yes", and you should be able to resume/review the exam.

No luck at all, =(((

It says completed next to the test.  When I clicked on it, it restarted from the instructions and then AWA...

really?!...sorry...I cannot help in that case.  After I finished my exam, I can always review it or choose to redo it...Can you remember the answers you submitted?  If there is no other way to fix it, maybe redo it is the only way.  Hope some tech NN can help you...

it seems last time when you finished the first test you have clicked "no" when GMATPrep asked you whether you want to resume the test...

then you may never see the test you have worked on again.
