这一句看不懂，主语是什么？firms? 和"Given the analyses" 又好像连不上。
which 从句看不懂，分不开。

52-选项E) They are more difficult to account for than are other factors involved
in the growth of temporary employment during the 1980's.
正常的语序应为They are more difficult to account for the growth of temporary
employment during the 1980's than other factors involved in are  .吗？中文什么意思呢？

growth in temporary employment now far exceeds the level explainable by recent workforce entry rates of groups （who）said to prefer temporary jobs。said...做group的定语，省略了关系代词who.

2. They are more difficult to account for than are other factors involved in the growth of temporary employment during the 1980's.

我觉得正常语序是They are more difficult to account for than  other factors are involved in the growth of temporary employment during the 1980's.

I still can not understand "Given", just found another one at OG11-CR-8:

Given the rate at which AMT is currently being introduced in manufacturing, the average worker's old skills become obsolet and new skills are required within as little as five years.

"Given" 其逻辑主语是 "the average worker's old skills". But how do you translate this into Chinese?
