录之前看了很多论坛里面前人总结的JJ，分享一下我今年R1遇到的：

1. Why MBA and why now?
2. Descirbe a situation when your team could have taken a shortcut but not, how did u handle it?
3. Some people believe that it is human right to have access to clean and safe drinking water, and that each country should contribute 1% GDP to achieve this, do you agree / disagree and why?

一题和三题完全一样诶！第二题我的好像是 tell me a time when you prevented a problem from happening at your company. Briefly describe the situation and what did you do.

给大家R2 刚做完的题目参考
1. Why now? (没有问why MBA)
2. Talk about an experience that you had few supervisions, and how you tackled with that situation and the outcome.
3. 题目很长，但大致上就是问说你同不同意”收购者通常不了解被收购公司的文化，所以导致收购后被收购公司营运表现不如以往
