以此推出其他48%的18-65岁的女性全年在家做家务

这是推理是错的，因为没有算那些有的时候做些part time，有的时候在家干家务的女人

这也就是答案b 所说的 exit and enter the labor force market frequently

可能是这里说了men and women 有点迷惑人了

不知道这样解释，楼主明白吗
