请教大神们,这句话,“The success of this strategy relies on the assumption that supermarkets will pass on all of the savings by lowering the prices they charge consumers for themanufacturer's cereals.” 什么意思啊?什么saving, pass on to whom?? 虽然隐约理解D是正确选项,但这个弯还是转不过来。。求教!
