我就是比较纠结B 这个答案，觉得是因为两个原因都让manager觉得压力降低了，并且一个原因还可以加强另一个原因。

b:答案是说1+1>2,两个办法一起对最终的结果负责。但是文章说的是shorter workweeks cause managers to feel they have more control over their work life，是说shorter workweeks导致了更多的控制，更多的控制才能让经理感受到更少的压力。a是正解，它们只是偶然联系到了同一个现象，其实这个两个条件本身是因果关系。
