C选项里面说的内容没有出原文的范围
除了C其他选项都出了范围  都能排除
至于C为什么是对的  
原文最后一句说   要是是caused by a lethal dose of arsenic并且活了超过1天的话那arsenic的level不可能会像从T的bones里面检查出来的arsenic的level那样低  所以他的症状肯定不是caused by a lethal dose of arsenic
