关于GWD中的两个怪题

这两道题 我想了很久，就是解释不了，各位怎么想呢？？

呢？这道题给我的感觉好像结论证实了P，把P重复了一下的感觉

为什么选择D呢？

这道题题目中有because，明显之后内容“有风吹”是P，但是问题中explanation（一般都是解释的是现象，而非结论）似乎又提示“冰融化的快”才是P，而“有风吹”是C，怎么办呢？

对了，P 是指premise，C是指conclusion
