【5月阅读JJ】第17篇“交通规则”求讨论

阅读JJ里面第17篇，有一个问题是问两个城市措施的共同点。

下面配的原文里面我看到了D城市：Monderman removed not only the traffic lights but virtually every other traffic control.
O城市：Signs were removed, curbs torn out, and the asphalt replaced with red paving brick。
所以我觉得这题选：B移除了交通标志
但是JJ里面好多人都说选：E人们都很cooperative。
我个人觉得第二个例子里面，人们是被动的因为环境变化了而开慢了，并不是主动的要合作的。

这里有几个概念：traffic lights, traffilc control, signs, curbs, asphalt.
signs肯定是 traffic signal，但是every other traffic control是不是 traffic signal呢？

也许control是红绿灯，缓冲带神马的？

D城市说的是：不仅移除了红绿灯，还有几乎其他所有的traffic control。sign也是一种control，而且这里control就不再可能是红绿灯了，因为红绿灯已经在前面说过了。
O城市：一开始就说signs were removed
所以我才觉得应该选B： signs都被移除了
