答案是A，我选了E。为什么A对，我理解题目说since the city of London imposed strict air-pollution regulations on local industry，所以肯定有A丫。不能排除啊。

我是这么理解的，E选项不能排除 因为THE BIRD SEEN AROUND只能代表是景观鸟不具有代表性，E选项更加全面你可以取非看下，发现取非后的E是削弱结论的，所以是对的。而A选项我觉得错在MOST上，而题目是其他主要城市，MOST其实在某种意义上削弱了
