BC网站上关于MSA要求有一条Students studying at universities outside the United States who wish to pursue the Fall enrollment option must meet two qualifications:

• The undergraduate major/concentration must be accounting.
  
• 3 credits must have been earned for each accounting and business course taken from the list of accounting and non-accounting courses listed at the link provided above.
  

其中有一门课是Taxation(US based),本人想问一下我现在有在学Taxation，不过是HK的，这个可以吗？

它的US based就是指federal income tax之类的美国税法。HK的学美国那边的税法么？如果学的内容一样，应该可以waive。如果不一样，恐怕是要重修这门taxation.
