一个administration的高速公路的最高限速提高了(maximally allowed speed limit)。于是人们担心这样会引起高事故。但是几年下来，数据显示高速公路的事故数量（注意是数量，不是百分比）并没有增加，所以公众的这种担忧是多余的。
