OA是E，NOT WEAKEN，我没问题。

但是想不通B为什么不可以选。GMAC给的理由是The argument is based on rising per capita income, not population levels. 但是，试想如果人均需求上升，而人口总数却下降了，总需求量也可能不变甚至下降，不是也会导致结论被weaken么？GMAT里per capita和总数的概念偷换也考过不少阿。求大牛指教，谢谢！

不是说人口没变么，但是没说对于谷物的销量。如果上生，支持。如果下降，不之驰。

所以B不能做为答案

已经暗示了国家人口和肉粮消费处于一个封闭的动态平衡之中.
A也说的也是这码子事.所以不能做为正确答案.

不明白动态平衡之说。。。可否再解释多一点？如果动态平衡，人口下降的前提下，人均消费即使上升也可以保持动态平衡阿

动态平衡就是人口如果减少,那肉/粮产出也相应会减少. 在这种情况下, 如果人均消耗肉量增加,那粮就不够用了.

动态平衡就是人口如果减少,那肉/粮产出也相应会减少. 在这种情况下, 如果人均消耗肉量增加,那粮就不够用了.
