乍一看觉得D也是对的，但是正因为是some devices will have components to fuction during  radiation bla bla.才有对防辐射零件的要求，就可以排除

我懂了。。。是other component。。。1楼的那个帖子。。。里面的讨论精辟！
要比的是chip。。。事实上，D是个无关选项。。。
