prep cr-55,59,还请大牛指教

答案是d,我选的是c,c中指明是“拖延增长”,不正起到削弱作用吗?。。。d的话貌似也有,但我总觉得冒出个20%觉得特别别扭。。。。

答案是B,个人认为这跟停车费没关系,我选的d,但是又觉得"收费5美元“与”commuters"无关。。。。。大牛们。。。。赐教呀。。。。。

D说上次执行类似plan的时候20%的人绕原路了,而且该远路不但只是稍微远了一点点而且 has since been improved.' 说明现在再搞类似PLAN的话必定更大比例 (more than 20%)的人会去绕那条已经被improved的远路了。所以 effectivness明显受影响。C的延时对于集资的effectiveness作用不大


59题:
题目问的是怎么证明mayor's reasoning is flawed。关键就在于要找MAYOR的REASONING里面的问题。而MAYOR的REASONING重点在于:因为多收的费用比来回巴士费还贵了,所以很多开车的人会宁可坐巴士。
B说:开车的人现在交的停车费就早已远远超过来回的巴士费了,所以MAYOR的REASONING是有问题的。
D没有针对MAYOR的REASONING的漏洞。

55:C只是postpone,早晚还是会起作用的

59:B:mayor想要通过使开车比坐公交贵来达到目的,但是现在开车已经比公交贵了,如果这钟方法有用,那现在就不会出现congestion了。所以削弱

   D 其实某种程度上是加强的,很多人宁愿忍受拥挤也不愿花5美元,说明他们对5美元的收费很抵制,那收费之后他们就更倾向于乘公交来节省5美元。
