第二句就是说Union leaders在考虑一个新的tactic which is 抵制一个gas station。 这个gas station 和 Coalco是belong to the same parent company也就是 Energy Incorporated。 问题就是问，“通过抵制gas station，是否会让他们的contract proposal be accepted，下面哪个情况与这个situation关系最小”。。很明显，e选项其他拥有coal companies是否会拥有gas stations和这个无关。

For B ：if current Gasco customers< CAN> easily obtain gasoline elsewhere, thus the boycott will <NOT> influence the Gasco gas stations,---><cannot> force the company to accept contract proposal.( cannot obtain-->influence-->can force)
