C取反，B的电视机组装工装一台电视机的平均时间在过去三年大幅减少（也就是人均生产力提高），那就消弱了题目中的进口V的电视会增多的结论，B虽然组装工少，但效率提高了，照样没问题！！

@fujianaicd 谢谢你的回复。这道题目没有求消弱，而是寻找argument的支撑点。我发现我的问题所在了，是我自己审题不清。“the number of televisions sold annually in Borodia has not changed” 这句话我以为Borodia产的在Borodia卖的电视机数量未变。其实是在Borodia卖的电视机的总量（#of Borodia TV + # of Vernland TV）未变。总量未变 -> V国的电视机销量增加。 也就意味着B国的电视机销量减少。这样的话按照C的选项，假如生产效率未变，生产力减少，那么B国的生产量就减少，销量也减少，那么就支撑住了论点。
