答案是E,但我选了C为什么不对?如果canada的conflicts是由于除了没有common language以外的其他原因才生的,那么不就削弱了吗?

C个人认为是个无关选项。。。文章有两个点,一个是long survive,另一个是多种语言,所以C无关
