这是一道prep上的题，刚已收索过论坛，但讨论得很少，而且说得都不是很清楚；题目跟GWD的有点不同哦；
答案是E；e是说目前种植的甜土豆含有s缺乏的不重要的营养物质，而题目的结论所依据的原因是目前种植的土豆含有很少的b,那就算种上新品种S后也不会影响它的生长，是这样理解吧？感觉很纠结~~~
  那d为什么不对啊？它不是说目前没有任何一种土豆品种含有的b超过新品种吗，这样说也是支持的啊。

所以D说的其他品种的甜土豆怎样怎样是和题目没有关系的。其他的品种我们根本不关系，我们关心的只是spk004好不好。
E对因为题目说甜土豆是主要产品，现在种的土豆不如spk004好，所以直接加强了spk004是成功的。

D. is wrong because it is repeating a fact that is already present in the story: "existing varieties of sweet potato don't provide enough beta-carotene".  

E. is correct because SPK004 would not be beneficial to the residents if it only improves beta-carotene but lacks another nutrient that is also as important.  Solving one problem and creating another one is not feasible at all.
