OB的博士读出来一般是去academia教书不过还是要看你做的是OB里的哪一块儿如果是macro一点的比如strategic leadership或者organization theory之类的也有毕业后做consulting的

Graduates from US HR program, either can't land a HR job in the US, or find very good HR job in the US.
Only big companies like Microsoft, Amazon will consider international students when recruit for HR positions. smaller companies usually wont sponsor H1 for HR positions and they do prefer local candidates. So no job or great job.
