我个人觉得第一个像是weaken，因为题中说这个policy会提高效率，但是答案要你找一个降低效率的选项，所以觉得是weaken。第二个像是principle，因为你要根据题中的信息来找这个正确答案，而且题中给出了一系列的信息，感觉像principle。个人意见，可能不对哦。btw，答案分别是d，e么？
