Why not.? These are all mandatory information and the school demands it for its own reason.

Please be patient and really careful in filling up the application form. Treat this as serious as your resume and essays. This is expecially important for Kellogg, because the application form has high restriction of word length in most entry fields. Make your answer concise and come to the point. Check carefully to eliminate any spelling mistakes or any inconsistencies with your resume, essays. Often times, the school can have a first sense of who you are from the way you fill up the application form.

This is the advice I had from one of the current Kellogg students. I think it applies to all other schools as well.
