不知道句末的这个are是怎么回事。。。

顶一下，觉得are 多余，还有 at much higher speet 比较顺

应该是 recieve data at speeds much higher than （speeds） are currently possible

因为前句中没有Be动词，所以后句也没什么省略不省略的，且考虑到句尾的possible

一开始也觉得Much higher speed好一点，但是考虑到at speeds这样结构比较紧凑

不知道这么理解有没有道理

首先c选项的at much higher speeds as are 中的higher与as搭配错。另外e中加上are主要还是避免比较对象不一致的问题，加上复数形式的are就只能对应前面的speeds了。

d中即使ARE能省掉,THAT要改成THOSE吧

D选项at much higher speeds than that，将介词at 与介宾speeds用much higher隔开感觉不是很好，同样使得后面的比较也弱化了，没有at speeds much higher than 来的清楚~

c错 higher 和 as

D错 speeds than those  而不是that

你确定E是正确答案吗？at speeds much higher than are 中are和前面没有对应的，明显不正确
