[求助]关于depaul申请成绩单问题

我发现depaul网页上说Any applicant who is still taking courses or completing a program at the time he/she submits an application to the Graduate School of Business will not receive a decision until a final and official transcript listing the degree awarded has been submitted to the Admissions Committee.
那我大四，申请的话，不就是still taking courses？成绩单不是还缺一年？那不就没办法得到decision？
