PREP的一道数学题，请解看

各位CD大牛，以下是我在做PREP数学时题到的一个问题，图中圈X处是我选的答案，题目解释是选B，但依照,so the median and the average are same,u can answer "no" to the stem.这句话，我认为还是应该选E，请各位大牛详看，同时请问，数学37个题正确率是20（没复习数学，时间恰好完成）大致是一个自怎样的水平，拜谢！

太小了，不知大家看不看得清，我刚才编辑了一下都不行，唉：（

我的疑问是：

根据（2）得出来结论是the median and the average are same,这也就不存在median greater than average了，所以2也不是sufficient了，所以我选E statement 1 and 2 together r not sufficient,但答案是B，我不太明白，所以发帖请教。
