B说非政府审计员的那个report中的项目并不是President’s party控制的所有项目，从而证明和press secretary所证明的的是正确的。两者的调查的项目的范围不同。

另外，GWD-13以后的题似乎找不到讨论贴，是什么原因呢？是后11套题有其他对应的题号可以查到吗？我下的是GWD-24-TN版的PPT文件。这题还有一个题号是CD-9 Q10，不知道是对应在哪里。
