这里我在思考数据上，原文说15%的削减就可以缓解问题，那么E说有65%的人是铁粉。
那么，其他的35%并没有说会不会走呀，另外35%的人只要走一半，也是有效计划的。

CR有许多和数据有关的题 - 比如有一个是关于车是否装了测速器的题：  仅有3%的车装了测速器，但是在所有被贴超速罚单的车中，有33%是有装测速器的车。然后结论是：果然是装了测速器的驾驶员更容易超速啊。

这题应该就是FireEarth同学说的和数据有关的题目吧。

但是这题的解题思路可以从数学的（数据的）角度去思考，也可以从纯推理的角度去思考。 我觉得还是看每个人的思维习惯， 哪一个思路用起来更顺就用哪一个~
