101、 Some people like to do work by hand. Others prefer using machines.
Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

  In a modern society, people always face the dilemma to choose whether work by hand or work by using machines. This problem is the much-debated one in that it affects everybody in his or her daily lives. People may prefer one to another although some may have no opinions about it at all. Before rendering my opinion. I think it is necessary to take a glance at the arguments of both sides.

  Here I would explain a few of the most important reasons. The main reason is that hand work can never be taken place by machine. To illustrate this, there is an appropriate example that is very persuasive: The Europe, where once the kingdom of industrial, and now which is the factory of high quality handwork furniture. Unique handwork style is only part of the important aspects, and another equally significant role of choosing work by hand lies in the development of higher quality of life. This demonstrates the undeniable fact that people become wealthy so that who ask things unique and only belong to themselves. Besides, the further reasons why I advocate work by hand is that people live depend on machine so that become lazy. This may explain why people need more machine to do things for them. In addition, some experts maintain that people’s body will degenerate if people live depend on machine. This significant point, however, is often not noticed by most people and accordingly, is unconsciously overlooked.

  It is quite easy for average people to choose work by using machine because of the obvious reason that people don not have to do it by their own, all they have to do is just press the button and then wait for the result. It can be given by a well-known example that people love to use e-mail rather than the hands write l. However, at the mean time, although work by using machine has some advantages, it also has many drawbacks such as the unique hand make quality and the special characteristic that machine can not do. Therefore, we have no complete evidence to suggest that work by using machine is always better than work by hand. What is more, the innate quality of work by hand, unfortunately, is often underestimated; in other words, if you notice the invisible benefits of choosing work by hand, you can understand work by hand more deeply.

  Finally, as a proverb says,” Everything has two sides”. Although I admit that, there are a couple of advantages of better life. I still think that the disadvantages of it are more obvious. Such as decrease life quality, less unique products and human body’s degeneration. This demonstrates that we have no complete evidence to suggest that using machine is always better than work by hand.

  If all the factors above are considered, we will find out that the advantages of using machine outweigh those of work by hand. Therefore, form what we have discussed; we may safely conclude that choosing machine is a rather wise decision. Nevertheless, I have not denied the opinion that choosing work by hand. I must admit that people can do well without using machine, but no one can ignore the added convenience and satisfaction offered by using machine. Such experience will definitely be helpful in one’s later life.
