Jennifer的观点是因为有 video rental outlet 便宜卖video 所以租的人少了，Brad的反驳是卖的只有4，000而租的少了10，000，问题就在于假设看video的需求不变，还有6，000的需求哪里去了？所以Brad反驳的点在于两个数量不一致，他认为Jennifer的观点无法解释还有6，000的decline是因为什么减少了，而E选项解释了这6，000是怎么少的，这6，000原本应该去租video的人因为(E) People who own videos frequently loan them to their friends.从而可以从朋友处得到，也就不需要去video rental outlet 去租了
