投行后台还是四大transcation service?

现就职于某小投行后台，六年工作经验，想往PE VC方向发展，现在拿了四大某transaction service的offer,senior, 当时感觉到了瓶颈期加上本身比较喜欢四大氛围就投了，现在拿了offer有些纠结，主要是：1 预感在投行也比较难升职，现在做的项目也比较小，但可能有机会转前台，也是有发展空间但比较缓慢；2 transaction service预计项目也比较多，但未来发展方向不明朗，请问有从事这方面的朋友吗？求指教～～

同意！ big four 的业务和PE/VC更有相关性，但BO相关性就很弱~不能只看薪水

big 4 transaction service 的senior貌似是entry level吧，这种line不招应届生的~

我是后台，现在在转前台。。转前台真的很难，如果你在这方面规划很明确想进VC PE，四大是不错的选择，但是一定不要来后台！！！

Currently in a global PE firm. A big vote for Big 4 transaction service. Never heard of anyone jump from IB back office to private equity.

Similar situation with LZ. Received similar offers(BB's back office, Big four advisory), similar career goals(PE/VC, investment management). I still feel that it is almost impossible to move from back office to front office as I see so many ppl in bo who had a hard time trying to make to the fo... However, big 4's transaction service would be a great starting point to get into PE/VC eventually. Since you got offer to start as Senior so you could apply more management skills in project management and strategic planning. So I think you should take the offer at big 4. Congrats!
