申请MACC碰到要上传video，求CDer介绍经验和点子啊~~~

最近在申请Macc项目，申请的学校中有University of Maryland，楼主准备申请FIRST ROUND, DUE ON OCT.15TH，今天发现要upload a two-min video，立马泪奔，主要之前没弄过这个东西，不知道怎么把他要求的所有问题挤进video，然后怎么样的video算够competitive？求大家给意见和经验啊~~~~~~

这里是要求：
1.        Tell us about your short-term and long-term career goals and how you plan to achieve these goals. How will this specific degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business help you achieve those goals? (Be sure to reference any prior academic, professional or civic experiences that you may leverage in addition to the Smith curricular or co-curricular offerings)

2.        Tell us about what makes you a unique candidate for this program and for the Smith School of Business community? What qualities, skills or talents will you bring to the student body that will enable you to stand out among your classmates and ultimately achieve success as an engaged Smith School alumnus?

Please limit your video response to two minutes total. Two minutes should allow you ample time to succinctly respond to both questions in your one video response.

请问一下为什么video submit之后哪个likelive的网站显示完成度只有86%？
提交了video之后就可以直接submit application了吗？
