American companies are losing money for their poor customer services.  These companies did realize the significance of transforming the customer services, however, it is difficult to do. Especially there are many internship in some industries.
There are four recommendation from the author.
First of all, a entrepreneur should be one of his customer. He need to talk to them and experience their emotions.
Secondly,  you should be thoughtful and playfulness. To make a comprehensive plan, you need to stand on the customers’ ground.
And then you need to make robust regulation about customers’ service.
Finally, it requires a great investment on time and money, so you need to be persist.

The passages talks that disabled person have the abilities to change their identities and the speaker shared her own experience. The world is concerning more about humanities nowadays, and even the disabled people, not like what we normally think about, have the chances to create fashion, change their lifes and do some amazing things.
