A concern about a complicate essay

Hi,CDers, In this year's LBS application essay, I found that there are three essays and essay 2 ask candidates to answer" What value will you add to London Business School (300 words)?". Then in the third essay, it asks applicants to answer" What is the School’s responsibility toyou and what is your responsibility to the School (400 words)?." My question here is that what the meaning of the third essay is. Does it mean " why LBS(what is the school's responsiblity)  and what you can contribute to LBS (what is your responsiblity to the shool) "?  If so, how to answer the essay 3 "what is your responsiblity to the shool" and the essay 2 "What value will you add to London Business School (300 words) " in different ways? Is there any repetition?
