最近和几个MIT的学弟聊，聊完的感觉是：
当年我什么都不会，什么都不懂，但是我有决心，有信念，相信自己可以达到目标，并愿意为此不惜一切代价。
现在好多孩子，技术算是过硬，基本功也扎实，智商也不低，但是要么没信心，要么没决心，要么没狠心。

Use leadership first.
If leadership doesn't work, use determination.
If determination doesn't work, break the rules.
If you make the rule but you still fail, work harder.
If you still cannot succeed, that's not the game for you.

Most of guys work hard only -- if they fail, they believe that they should work harder, or they are not smart enough...

That's wrong.

Don't benchmark others -- and naively believe that since you are smart and you work hard so you can outperform the crowd...

Cuz 95% of the people in the crowd are not even on the right track...

很多相似的value。唯一的区别是，无法做到持之以恒，深信不疑。
