三个with+n+that在prep和gwd中不同的选择，求高人指点！

PREP笔记有这么一个知识点：
独立主格并不包括“with + n. + 定语从句”和“n. + 定语从句”的形式，这个形式做的是非限定性修饰前面名词的定语，因为这个形式就相当于n, with + n.，或者是n., n. + that概括性同位语。
问题是从这道题目的解释开始的。。

Aeoluseros NN对D的看法：首先D最大的错误仅进在于后面with引导的伴随状语的逻辑主语Dutcheconomy错误
她的理解是此处的逻辑主语应该是Dutch而不是Dutch economy

with的弹跳力很好，这里已经是在修饰前句主语了？不是修饰germany么？（虽然还是错）
第二个问题：with+n+that这种非独立主格结构也需要有逻辑主语？也是主句主语？

为什么修饰前个句子？
第三个问题来了，那么这里的逻辑主语是谁呢？难道是honeybee’s stinger吗？不是与上一题的解释矛盾了吗？

此题答案选E，我选了D——是因为上一题留给我的印象使然。虽然我知道E选项里raising...可以做伴随状语表结果，但是我认为这里would是必要的，因为other counties do the same and inundate the market是一种fear，是推测发生的事情

不知道D选项错在哪儿了？难道又是因为逻辑主语？？
论坛上没有明确的答案啊，此处是with+N+ed+that是非独立主格么？

关于D，raised需要去掉么？

D选项是说Panel fears，
但是逻辑上应该是（更多其他人的担心）比较起来应该E比D好一些。

看到guoqi在其他帖子中的发言，突然觉得不用纠结with+n+that结构了，以后按照这个标准做题大多都不会错了：

aeo 斑竹解释过这个问题 我看的不是很明白 斑竹大人倒是把这个问题揉到with的复合结构里面 大家看下

引用“ with短语做状语三个功能）（伴随原因、动作、状态是独立主格的基本功能，只是因为三种独立主格形式的不同具体应用起来也不同罢了）：
1. 表示原因，此时不需要考虑逻辑主语，只是修饰前面整句
2. 表示伴随动作(非伴随结果)，此时需要注意逻辑主语，且前面不能是完成时态(这样就不能伴随动作了).（with短语要表示伴随结果则需要用with the result of，如prep2-193）.
3. 表示状态（此时前面需要是主系表），同样需要逻辑主语。
